Following numerous requests, the Organizing Committee is pleased to announce that the Early Bird Registration deadline has been extended from 30 October 2026 to 6 November 2026 (inclusive). This is the final deadline for registration at the reduced rates.


Early Bird registration fees:

  • Full Registration: 175€ + VAT (where applicable)
  • Co-Author Attendance: 100€ + VAT (where applicable)


Please note that every accepted paper must be covered by at least one Full Registration in order to be included in the conference programme and in the publications. The Co-Author Attendance category applies to attendance only and does not replace the required Full Registration.


When registering, please make sure that your details are entered correctly, as the ticket is issued in the registrant’s name, and indicate your EasyChair Submission ID where requested.
